terms of use

all zygi.co.uk products are for the personal use of the purchaser only.

 

our products should not be distributed or shared to anyone else digitally or in printed format.

 

our products should not be used for commercial or business use (including party planners) and should not be sold in part or in whole in either digital or printed format.

 

our products should not be used, for your own work, or in your own designs either in part or in whole; neither can it be claimed in part or in whole as your own work

 

printing

the colours of the prints are represented as close to real life as possible on our website, though please allow for variations of colour representation from your monitor. 

 

all zygi.co.uk products are designed to be printed from a home printer.  many of our customers have used print shops to print our products, but we cannot guarantee all print shops will accept our format. 

 

the cards and social stationery are designed to be printed on a4 and US letter paper. printing on other paper sizes may not be supported. please try our samples to make sure that that you can print on any non-standard paper.

 

for best results we recommend 180gsm to 240gsm white paper, but please ensure that any paper you choose is compatible with your printer.  note that the depth of colours are best suited to printing on inkjet printers therefore results may vary if printed on a laser printer. 

 

some cards may require higher level of ink than others

 

we cannot guarantee colours or general print quality with your computer and printing equipment

software and operating systems

our products will not work on iPads, iPods or other portable mobile devices. 

 

our templates are not guaranteed to work with old versions of Adobe Reader, therefore we recommend version 9 or above.  the latest version can be downloaded on the Adobe website or by following this link.

 

invitations and cards may not be compatible with older MAC operating systems.  for use on the  

 

we cannot be held accountable for incompatibilities with your specific software configuration

refunds and exchanges

 

due to the digital nature of our products, once the product download link has been shipped to you, we will not be able to offer refunds. 

 

we provide samples of some of our products, so you can try them and ensure you are happy with the concept and to test software compatibility of our products on your pc before committing to your purchase
